DESIGN TEMPLATES AND STOCK IMAGES We have several
different template methods you can use with moderncolorprinting.com. You can
choose to design the job yourself and use one our our Photoshop or Illustrator
templates that show the outline to follow and art submission specifications. If
you are not too graphic savvy then we can typeset one of our pre-designed
Realtor templates. You can select from the categories listed below. The File Types We
Accept: .JPEG, .TIF, .PSD, .PDF, and Publisher
2003. All files must be in a finalized state and at 300dpi.
In
order to use the templates below you must have either Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator installed onto
your computer. Indesign and MS Word have built in templates that will work for
each of the sizes listed below. There are also general use .jpeg templates but
they are not as effective of a design resource as the Photoshop or Illustrator
templates.

Royalty Free Stock Realtor and
Real Estate Images We are subscribed to istockphoto.com and can use
stock images from their catalog. If you search for images using their site then
please reference the image number when emailing your art instructions.
