Design Online Terms and Conditions:

1. Please double check the information you provide. We will typeset your card using the information you provide so please be sure to get the numbers correct, avoid typos, and add appropriate capitalization. If you choose not to receive a proof then we will design the card as per the information you provide and cannot be held liable for incorrect information being placed. Under no circumstance will Moderncolorprinting, LLC issue a refund or reprint due to customer error.

2. If you choose to receive a proof you agree that any delays in production is required and acceptable. We will not send your design to print until we receive an email approval. Verbal approvals via phone or voice messages will not constitute an approval and your job will not be sent into production until we receive approval via email or fax.

3. Proofs are sent to check spelling and other grammatical errors, not for a complete redesign. If something is misspelled or a number typed wrong we will make the correction free of charge. Only one revision is allowed. If any revisions past the one is required a charge of $75 per hour in 15 minute intervals will be automatically billed to your credit card.

4. Due to some display variations in various monitors some designs may look slightly different when printed.
