Turnaround Times for our products:Aqueous Coated jobs with no finishing:Jobs that are printed on Aqueous coating will ship within 2 business days of the order being placed. Aqueous coated jobs may ship earlier than quoted but generally take 2 business days to complete and get shipped. UV2 Coated jobs with no finishing: The estimated turnaround for UV2 coated jobs is 3-5 business days. Depending on several variables, UV jobs may be completed in production sooner than the estimated turnaround but the standard is 3-5 business days. UV1 Coated jobs with no finishing: UV1 coated jobs take longer to turnaround than most standard aqueous or UV2 coated jobs. Due to the printing and coating process; UV1 jobs cannot be turned faster so the estimated 5-7 business days is quite accurate. Jobs that require finishing: Folding/Scoring: Add an additional 2-3 business days Perforations: Add an additional 2-3 business days Numbering: Add an additional 2-3 business days Die-Creation and Die-cutting: Add an additional 7-10 business days Misc. and Custom finishing: *Please contact a representative Design/Image Correction Turnaround: Typsetting: 1-2 Business Days before you receive your first proof Basic Design: 2-3 Business Days before you receive your first proof Premium Design: 5-7 Business Days before you receive your first proof Please prepare and place orders well before the materials are needed. We emphathize with your plight but we cannot meet unrealistic turnaround expectations. The most important aspect when launching a marketing campaign is planning. It can and will make or break your company. Plan ahead and all problems can and will be resolved. We cannot stress how important planning and timing is when it pertains to printing and design. Production times vary and equipment fails; please keep this in mind when you are placing your emergency order or time sensitive order. 1. Our turnaround times are estimates. If you chose to upgrade your order then we cannot guarantee that the job will turnaround in a timely manner. This turnaround time is an estimate and in no way should be viewed as a guarantee. We are not a pizza delivery service that guarantees your pizza will be done in 30 minutes or it's free. We will do everything in our power to get your job shipped within our estimated turnaround times. However, uncontrollable acts of God can sometimes delay the printing process and if this is the case; we will not negotiate a refund or discount. 2. Orders printed on 12pt C2S and aqueous coated are the only products that are offered in those time estimates. If any post production work needs to be done to the order then the turnaround is then null and void. Finishing includes but not limited to: Folds, Scores, Perforations, Die-cuts, and Drilling. 3. The additional rush fee only pertains to jobs that are printed on 12pt C2S with Aqueous coating. It does not apply for posters, banners, UV Coated items, magazines, booklets, brochures, and any other item other than our standard 12pt Card Products. 4. Unrealistic expectations will not be honored. If you have an event on Thursday and place your order on Wednesday then we cannot fulfill that expectation. A verbal, visual, spoken, electronic, or implied deadline from the client and or from one of our customer service representatives will not be honored if it does not meet human or productivity expectations. |
